Kayne Kalache
Founder & Paediatric Physiotherapist
Kayne is a passionate and dedicated paediatric physiotherapist committed to helping children achieve their full potential. He holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science) and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, both from Western Sydney University.
Kayne discovered his passion for paediatrics while working in the Paediatric Allied Health Unit during his student placement, inspiring a career focused on supporting children and families.
With years of experience in paediatric settings, Kayne has provided physiotherapy services across home, clinic, and sporting environments. Most recently, he has worked as a paediatric physiotherapist within the NDIS, specialising in creating individualised, play-based sessions grounded in evidence-based practice.

Kayne’s expertise spans a wide range of paediatric conditions, including early intervention for children with neurological conditions, orthopaedic management, sports-related injury rehabilitation, and school-age gross motor assessment and intervention. His experience includes working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Global Developmental Delay.
